These terms cover every order placed through this website. They're written to be read — plain language, no games. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it before you order.
Who we are
TRUST SUMMIT FZE LLC is an e-commerce company registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We run this online store: we select the products, present them, and sell them.
Ordering, sourcing, warehousing, packing and shipping run on the platform-provide-and-fulfil model: those steps are carried out by our fulfilment-platform partners. We remain responsible to you for your order.
What we sell
Everything in the shop is a house-line product — built to our specification and named by us. Product pages describe capacity, materials and use in plain terms.
Where a product page and these terms disagree about a product, the product page wins for that product.
How orders work
You place an order by sending it from this site to our email. This site never asks for card details and never charges anything automatically.
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a binding order when we confirm it by email — confirming availability, the delivery date and the total. If an item is unavailable, we say so plainly and you pay nothing.
Prices and payment
All prices are in AED. Shipping is a flat AED 15 per order, free over AED 200 — shown in your cart before you send.
Payment happens only after our confirmation email, using the options we share there. Nothing is charged before you agree to the confirmed total.
Delivery
We deliver to all seven emirates, within 3–10 business days of confirmation. Our fulfilment partners handle packing and shipping; we follow every order on our side and answer for it.
Returns, replacements and refunds
Unused items in intact packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items that arrive damaged or faulty are replaced or refunded in full. The full procedure is on the Returns & Refunds page.
Our responsibility
Our responsibility for a product is to replace it or refund it in full if it is damaged or faulty. Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
This does not remove any right you hold under the applicable consumer-protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.
