How long does delivery take?
Anywhere in the Emirates, 3–10 business days from the moment we confirm your order by email. Shipping is flat AED 15, free over AED 200.
Who actually delivers my order?
We curate and sell the gear; sourcing, warehousing, packing and shipping are handled by our fulfilment-platform partners. You deal with us, and we deal with them — if anything goes sideways, you email one address: ours.
How does payment work?
Nothing is charged automatically and this site never asks for card details. You send your order by email; we reply with availability, the total and the payment options — including an online card link where available — and only then is anything paid.
What if something isn't right?
Unused items in intact packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced or refunded in full — your choice. Email us with your order reference and we'll sort it out.
Where are you located?
We're an online store registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. There's no walk-in shop — the full registered address is on the About page, and it's the one our paperwork carries too.
Which emirates do you deliver to?
All seven: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Are the prices in dirhams?
Yes — every price on the site is in AED, and the shipping line (AED 15, free over AED 200) is shown in your cart before you send anything.
